 What? Who? Why?

The Marketing Cluster of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business designs, implements, and reviews the marketing subjects offered in the Ateneo's MBA program (Standard, Regis, Middle Managers). The Cluster is composed of successful marketing practitioners, each one with decades of simultaneous involvement in the industry and academe.

To contribute to the AGSB's mission of nation-building, the Marketing Cluster is continuously listening to and responding to the constantly changing needs, wants and demands of the MBA students of the AGSB. This site is one of several ways this is accomplished.

The Cluster regularly holds Marketing Forums for AGSB student enrichment and Marketing Round Table Discussions for faculty development. During these 2 activities, successful CEOs and business leaders are invited to share their ideas, insights and forecasts of the latest trends in the marketplace.

Thought for the Month

"Customers buy because of wants and not just based on  needs. Just imagine how disastrous it will be to the economy if all purchases are based only on need. For example, compare how many shoes you actually need vs. the shoes you own!"
